The room had fine sea views but lacked sufficient parking space. Enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the beach and nightlife.

Good big room (although the bathroom was on the small side), with good sea view from the room. Everything in the room worked well. Good choice of food at breakfast. Friendly staff. The hotel is located between the railway station (close enough to walk) and the city's beach, which was pleasant enough.

General room lighting wasn’t great. Some of the cooked food (eggs, pancakes, bacon) at the breakfast buffet seemed to have been cooked some time earlier, even when we arrived right at the start of breakfast time (7am). The maze of streets up to the old part of town is quite confusing to navigate, so try to get a good map – this isn’t the hotel’s fault of course, and the hotel itself is easy to find.

Super cozy stay with a big room and very good massage 🛀 breakfast ends too early and the soap situation was a bit annoying. Still, loved being close to the beach!

Free EV charging station was a great bonus.

Despite staying for a week, we faced multiple inconveniences. Housekeeping often failed to replenish necessary items like soap and shampoo, forcing us to ask repeatedly. The breakfast area was chaotic, and staff were quite rude, even yelling at guests to leave. Finally, there were issues with room service entering without knocking.

Panorama hotel is ideal for families who want to relax away from established very noisy and crowded resorts. The hotel is cozy and close to the harbor where you can practice jogging in the morning at sunrise. Adequate breakfast and all tastes.

Its a perfect location, in case you targeting to see the City and also to relax on the beach. Appartment was very much okay, quite big and has a perfect view to the sea and to the port.

Had some problems at the check-in, when the Lady Recptionist intended not to know about our confirmed booking for the appartment and wanted us to stay in a smaller backside room, Claiming that none of the appartments is avialable any more. After some serious claims from our side, out-of-a-sudden, the appartment we booked was available - not very fair. Later on we found a bottle of good wine with compliments from the Hotel as kind of excuse - well accepted and appreciated.

Everything! Spacious outdoor terrace, convenient walk to nearby beach, peaceful atmosphere for relaxation!

The total 'picture' was really perfect. The inlet problem with the wifi was fixed correctly. Next time in varna, will be in this hotel.

The staff was cute and the location was perfect-just a 30-second stroll to the beach! Cleanliness was on point, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay with a lovely sea view.

Friendly service, although a few employees were very unhelpful. A standard queen room with an amazing view of the beach, had requested this in advance. The beds were very comfy and the staff was useful.
